Bringen Sie Ihre Gastfreundschaft dort ein, wo Natur, Qualität und Erholung aufeinandertreffen! 1 Resort Operation Manager (m/w/d) Du sorgst für eine angenehme Wohlfühlatmosphäre für unsere Gäste, stellst den reibungslosen Ablauf des operativen Geschäfts sicher.

Das bringst du mit

¿ Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie oder Gastronomie, idealerweise mit Zusatzqualifikation in der Hospitality- oder Reisebranche

¿ Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Funktion (Front Office Manager_in, usw.)

¿ Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Das erwartet dich

¿ Operative Führung des Resorts mit bis zu 3 Mitarbeitenden

¿ Mitverantwortung für das Betriebsergebnis inkl. Qualitätskontrolle, Angebotsgestaltung und

Verkaufsaktivitäten

¿ Gastgeber für unsere Gäste und Geschäftspartner sein

¿ Mitgestaltung des Jahresbudgets sowie Überwachung der finanziellen Kennzahlen

¿ Umsetzung der strategischen Unternehmensziele und von Massnahmen zur nachhaltigen Entwicklung des Resortangebotes (u.a. durch Auswertung von Gästeumfragen)
