Als Resource Manager bij NRG-Office begeleid je onze interim supply chain specialisten - wij noemen ze "officers" - in hun ontwikkeling en hou je de balans tussen hun behoefte en de klantvraag scherp in het vizier. Je bent het merendeel van de tijd onderweg naar onze interim collega's en hebt als uitvalsbasis vestiging Nijmegen. Daarnaast schakel je intensief met collega's in Amsterdam, Breda en Zwolle. Vragen? Je coacht op inhoud en loopbaan, faciliteert ontwikkeling en bewaakt het werkgeluk. Samen met je collega's van Business Management zorg je dat iedere specialist op een passende opdracht zit en zich blijft ontwikkelen. Als het moet, neem je snel beslissingen. Je geeft aandacht aan mensen en werkt tegelijk volgens duidelijke routines. Je bezoekt regelmatig de werkplek van de officers. Daar voer je samen met hen, de Business Manager en klant evaluatiegesprekken. Voor de groei van de vestigingen, voer je samen met het interne team sollicitatiegesprekken met potentiële officers. Als er een nieuwe officer start, ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de onboarding. Verder hoort dit in je takenpakket: - Je voert HR-gesprekscyclus en coachgesprekken; - Je vertaalt ambities naar concrete ontwikkel- en opleidingsplannen; - Je matcht profielen met klantvragen in overleg met Business Managers; - Je monitort inzet, voortgang en welzijn en stuurt bij waar nodig; - Je draagt bij aan een soepele administratie van contracten, uren en verlengingen.
