Voor dé regionale specialist in diepvriestransport, gelegen in Oostkamp, zoeken wij een resource planner die met hun sterke planningsvaardigheden zorgt voor een optimale inzet van mensen en middelen. Zéér leuk detail: je mag onmiddellijk bij opstart een vast contract verwachten!

Jouw functie

Als resource planner ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het efficiënt inzetten van chauffeurs, vrachtwagens en andere operationele middelen. Dankzij jouw analyse- en planningstalent worden transportopdrachten vlot uitgevoerd en blijven klanten rekenen op een uitstekende service.

Concreet ga jij:

  • De beschikbare resources (chauffeurs, vrachtwagens, opleggers...) analyseren en zo efficiënt mogelijk toewijzen aan transportopdrachten
  • Rij- en rusttijden, beschikbaarheden, bezettingen... nauw opvolgen en bewaken
  • Constant afstemmen met chauffeurs, transportplanners, dispatchers, salesafdeling, garage...
  • Planningsgegevens en rapportages analyseren
  • Meedenken over verbeteringen en optimalisaties binnen de verschillende planningsdiensten

Herken jij jezelf hierin?

  • Ervaring als resource planner, transportplanner, logistiek planner, supply chain planner, fleet planner...
  • Affiniteit met logistiek, transport of supply chain
  • Vlot met PC en Office
  • Uitstekend Nederlands met professionele kennis Frans en Engels
  • Eigen vervoer naar de firma (geen openbaar vervoer in de buurt)
