Je zet commerciële kansen om in groei en nieuwe uitdagingen voor je collega's. Je werkt nauw samen met onder andere onze Unit managers en bent het contactpersoon van één of twee disciplines op het gebied van sales. In deze rol draag je direct bij aan het versterken én verder uitbouwen van FreshMinds. Onze kernwaarden vormen de basis van hoe jij te werk gaat, namelijk je verbindt, brengt energie mee en gaat voor resultaat. Het huidig team begeleidt een zeer mooi klant-partner portfolio daar waar we versterking zoeken bij bestaande en nieuwe partners en/of klanten. Freshminds bedient de grote MKB's tot aan complexe corporate en overheidsorganisaties. We onderscheiden ons met onze senior consultants in strategische vraagstukken en eigen(wijze) aanpak. Je werkt in een hoog energieke omgeving, waarin proberen vooropstaat en succes volgt. Wat ga je doen? · Sales verantwoordelijkheid voor een van onze Units; Software, Data, Cloud, AI of SAP; · Realiseren van structurele, waardevolle plaatsingen van consultants, teams en projecten; · Ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van partnerstrategieën voor groei; · Onderhouden van een sterk partnerwerk binnen jouw expertise(s); · Coördineren van interne teams en consultants binnen complexe klantcases; · Begeleiden van contractonderhandelingen in samenwerking met contractmanagement; · Heel veel events, afspraken met consultant en andere collega's. Wat breng je mee? · 2 tot 3 jaar ervaring als resourcing specialist, intercedent, of recruiter binnen een commerciële, klantgerichte omgeving; · Sterke vaardigheden in relatiebeheer, onderhandelen en adviseren; · Vermogen om zelfstandig commerciële plannen uit te voeren; · Communicatie- en presentatievaardigheden; · Marktkennis en de capaciteit om kansen te signaleren en te ben...
