Pour l'un de nos partenaires industriels de la région de Nivelles, nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Responsable Achats Projet.

Votre mission : En tant que Responsable Achats Projet, vous prenez en charge plusieurs projets stratégiques et assurez la gestion complète des achats de biens et services dans le respect des objectifs de qualité, coûts et délais. Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes projets afin de définir les besoins, élaborer les stratégies d'approvisionnement et garantir la bonne exécution des achats tout au long du cycle des projets.

Vos responsabilités

  • Développer et mettre en œuvre les stratégies achats en collaboration avec les équipes projets.
  • Identifier, sélectionner et évaluer les fournisseurs et prestataires capables de répondre aux exigences des projets.
  • Piloter les consultations fournisseurs et coordonner l'ensemble du processus d'appel d'offres.
  • Analyser les offres reçues et mener les négociations commerciales (prix, délais, conditions contractuelles).
  • Optimiser les coûts tout en garantissant les exigences de qualité et de performance.
  • Développer et maintenir des relations durables avec les fournisseurs stratégiques.
  • Assurer le suivi de la performance fournisseurs et gérer les éventuels risques liés à l'approvisionnement.
  • Veiller au respect des procédures d'achats et des exigences réglementaires applicables.
  • Réaliser une veille marché et identifier les opportunités d'innovation et d'amélioration continue.
  • Collaborer avec l'ensemble des parties prenantes internes et externes afin de garantir le respect des jalons projets.

Votre profil

  • Master (Bac+5) à orientation Achats, Commerce, Ingénierie ou équivalent.
  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans les achats projets ou l'approvisionnement international.
  • Excellente maîtrise des techniques de négociation et de gestion des fournisseurs.
  • Expérience dans un environnement industriel et technique.
  • Bonne connaissance des outils ERP (SAP, Ariba ou équivalent).
  • Solides capacités d'analyse, de synthèse et de résolution de problèmes.
  • Expérience dans la gestion de projets complexes et multidisciplinaires.
  • Anglais professionnel, à l'oral comme à l'écrit.
  • Esprit d'équipe, autonomie, rigueur et orientation résultats
