Notre client est un acteur industriel reconnu du secteur agroalimentaire, intégré à un groupe international et spécialisé dans la production de produits alimentaires. Dans un contexte de croissance et d'amélioration continue, l'entreprise renforce son organisation Qualité et recherche un(e) Responsable Assurance Qualité Usine.

Vous jouez un rôle clé dans le déploiement de la politique qualité au sein des unités de production et dans le développement d'une véritable culture Qualité et Sécurité des Aliments.

Rattaché(e) au Responsable Qualité, vous pilotez l'Assurance Qualité sur le site et encadrez l'équipe Qualité Usine. Vous intervenez à la fois sur le management, le système qualité, la sécurité des aliments, le support à la Production et l'amélioration continue.

Vos responsabilités:

Management

  • Manager, accompagner et développer l'équipe Qualité Usine.
  • Définir les objectifs, développer les compétences et organiser les formations.
  • Piloter l'équipe dédiée à la Sécurité des Aliments. Qualité & Sécurité des Aliments
  • Structurer, déployer et faire évoluer le Système de Management de la Qualité.
  • Assurer la gestion et l'amélioration de la documentation qualité.
  • Organiser et réaliser les audits internes, visites PRP et audits HACCP.
  • Assurer le suivi des actions correctives et de mise en conformité.
  • Veiller au respect des exigences HACCP et des référentiels qualité.
  • Développer la culture Food Safety au sein de l'usine. Support à la Production
  • Accompagner les équipes opérationnelles dans la maîtrise des risques qualité.
  • Participer aux investigations et analyses des causes racines.
  • Accompagner la résolution des problématiques qualité.
  • Participer aux projets industriels ayant un impact sur la qualité, la conformité ou la sécurité des aliments. Performance & amélioration continue
  • Définir et suivre les indicateurs de performance qualité.
  • Piloter les plans d'amélioration.
  • Identifier les axes de progrès et les opportunités de simplification.
  • Contribuer à la réduction des non-conformités, pertes et réclamations.
  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un Master en Agroalimentaire, Biologie, Microbiologie ou domaine similaire.
  • Vous disposez d'une expérience confirmée dans une fonction Qualité en environnement industriel agroalimentaire, idéalement dans le secteur laitier.
  • Vous connaissez les référentiels ISO 9001, IFS, FSSC 22000 et HACCP.
  • Vous avez une expérience en management d'équipe et savez fédérer autour des enjeux qualité.
  • Rigoureux(se), organisé(e) et autonome, vous êtes à l'aise dans un environnement industriel.
  • Vous appréciez le travail en transversal et savez collaborer efficacement avec la Production et les différents services de l'entreprise.
