The posting

En tant que Responsable Catering & Opérations, vous êtes responsable de la bonne organisation des prestations d’une marque premium de foodtrucks active partout en Belgique. Vous coordonnez la production, les Foodtrucks et les équipes afin de garantir des prestations de qualité, dans le respect des normes HACCP.

Vous travaillez en collaboration avec les équipes administratives et logistiques et êtes également présent(e) sur le terrain, lors de prestations et d’événements variés.

Vos responsabilités :

  • Organiser et superviser la production et la préparation des prestations
  • Coordonner les équipes de production et les Foodtrucks
  • Planifier les besoins en personnel, matériel et matières premières
  • Veiller à la qualité des préparations et au respect des normes HACCP
  • Encadrer et accompagner les équipes
  • Assurer le bon déroulement des prestations sur le terrain
  • Collaborer avec les équipes administratives et logistiques
  • Proposer des améliorations dans l’organisation et le fonctionnement des activités
  • Vous avez une expérience dans l’Horeca, le catering ou la restauration événementielle
  • Vous avez de l’expérience en management d’équipe
  • Vous connaissez les normes HACCP et les bonnes pratiques d’hygiène
  • Vous êtes organisé(e), autonome et avez le sens des responsabilités
  • Vous savez gérer plusieurs priorités et prendre des décisions rapidement
  • Vous êtes à l’aise sur le terrain et avez de bonnes capacités de communication
  • Vous disposez d’un permis B
  • Vous habitez à maximum 30 minutes de Libramont
