The posting

Au sein d’un environnement international en pleine transformation digitale, vous prenez la responsabilité du périmètre Procure‑to‑Pay pour plusieurs entités du groupe. Vous garantissez la qualité, la conformité et la performance des opérations comptables fournisseurs, tout en accompagnant l’évolution des processus financiers et la mise en place d’outils modernes.

  • Superviser le traitement et la comptabilisation des factures fournisseurs pour l’ensemble des sociétés du groupe.
  • Garantir la qualité des imputations comptables, analytiques et fiscales.
  • Assurer le suivi des avoirs, acomptes et régularisations.
  • Veiller au respect des procédures d’approbation et de validation.
  • Superviser les flux EDI et les processus de dématérialisation.
  • Encadrer, développer et fédérer une équipe comptabilité fournisseurs.
  • Organiser et répartir les activités et suivre les indicateurs de performance.
  • Garantir le respect des calendriers de clôtures mensuelles et annuelles.
  • Superviser les provisions de factures non parvenues et réconcilier les comptes fournisseurs.
  • Participer aux audits internes et externes.
  • Veiller au respect des procédures groupe et des réglementations comptables et fiscales.
  • Identifier les risques opérationnels et mettre en œuvre des actions correctrices.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes Achats, Supply Chain et Logistique pour résoudre les anomalies de facturation et de réception.
  • Bachelor ou Master en Comptabilité, Finance ou Gestion.
  • Minimum sept à dix ans d’expérience en comptabilité fournisseurs.
  • Expérience confirmée dans un environnement multisociétés ou international.
  • Expérience réussie en management d’équipe.
  • Connaissance du secteur de la distribution ou de l’après‑vente automobile est un atout.
  • Excellente maîtrise de la comptabilité fournisseurs et générale.
  • Compétences en amélioration continue, contrôle interne et conformité.
  • Maîtrise des ERP et outils comptables (AS400, IPPAC, AFS ou équivalent).
  • Très bonne connaissance d’Excel et du reporting.
  • Compétences en gestion de projet et accompagnement du changement.
  • Communication fluide en français et capacité à collaborer avec différents interlocuteurs.
