La responsable comptabilité, payroll et gestion de magasin (h/f/x) a quatre missions principales :

Coordination de la comptabilité

La responsable comptabilité est responsable de la bonne tenue de la comptabilité. Elle doit être capable d'assurer que l'entièreté des tâches soient faites tout en s'appuyant sur le pôle comptabilité. En effet, les tâches de comptabilité se font en partenariat et en bonne intelligence avec le pôle comptabilité de BEES coop.

Comptabilité de la SCES : Coordination et supervision des tâches comptables

  • encodage et paiements des factures/notes de crédits fournisseurs et clients;
  • gestion des questions et problèmes spécifiques des fournisseurs et clients (rappel, facture à problème...) ;
  • gestion des paiements et des erreurs de caisses ;
  • réalisation de l'import des extraits bancaires et du lettrage comptable ;
  • suivi et contrôle régulier de la comptabilité générale ;
  • réalisation des déclarations TVA mensuelles et de la déclaration d'impots ;
  • réalisation de la clôture annuelle ;
  • gestion de la boite mail comptabilité ;
  • amélioration et documentation des processus et procédures comptables, et formulations des adaptations nécessaires à l'outil informatique.

Comptabilité de BEES&co ASBL

  • encodage de la comptabilité et paiements des factures et fournisseurs ;
  • gestion des questions et problèmes spécifiques ;
  • réalisation de l'import des extraits bancaires et du lettrage comptable ;
  • Vérification des comptes, clôtures comptables et réalisation de la déclaration d'impots ;
  • Réalisation du reporting financier pour les pouvoirs subsidiants ;
  • Coordonner les équipes de coopératrices et des tâches en magasin : 5h de shift fixe par semaine + 2 shifts de 7,5h tournants par mois le week-end + les renforts quand c'est nécessaire. Réception et contrôle des marchandises, préparation au réassortiment des rayons, gestion des caisses,...

Coordination du payroll

  • Contact et suivi des dossiers avec le secrétariat social et le prestataire de tickets restaurant ;
  • réalisation des contrats de travail (embauche, licenciement,...) ;
  • paiement des salaires

Coordination administrative

  • Mise en place de l'archivage des documents importants
  • Dépôt des comptes et statuts au greffe du moniteur belge
  • Lien avec les institutions bancaires

Gestion du magasin

En alternance avec le reste de l'équipe, la personne coordonne le point de vente une fois par semaine et régulièrement le week-end : coordination et supervision de l'équipe de coopérateurs, réception des livraisons, gestion des caisses et des imprévus.

  • Adhésion au projet et aux valeurs de BEES
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe
  • Formation ou expérience probante en comptabilité
  • Aisance en informatique (Odoo, tableurs Excel...)
  • Aisance en gestion de payroll
  • Grande capacité d'organisation et esprit analytique
  • Autonome, organisée, dynamique, ayant l'esprit d'initiative et sens pragmatique ;
  • Flexibilité sur les horaires de travail (soir, week-end) ;
  • Bonne capacité de gestion des équipes, esprit pédagogue, capacité d'empathie et patience
