The posting

Au sein du service des Travaux Intérieurs, vous coordonnez une équipe de 4 électriciens tout en participant activement aux interventions techniques. Référent en matière d'installations électriques, vous veillez à leur conformité, au respect du RGIE et à la bonne organisation du travail quotidien.

Vous contribuez également à l'amélioration et à la digitalisation des processus liés aux activités électriques de la commune.

Au quotidien :

  • Planifier, coordonner et superviser les interventions de l'équipe ;
  • Organiser le travail en fonction des priorités, des urgences et des ressources disponibles ;
  • Participer aux travaux d'entretien, de maintenance, de dépannage et de mise en conformité des installations électriques communales ;
  • Assurer le suivi des contrôles réglementaires et accompagner les organismes de contrôle externe (SECT) ;
  • Analyser les rapports de contrôle et piloter les actions correctrices nécessaires ;
  • Apporter votre expertise sur les dossiers techniques complexes ;
  • Lire et interpréter les plans et schémas électriques ;
  • Assurer la gestion du matériel, des stocks et des commandes ;
  • Veiller au bon entretien des véhicules, outils et équipements de l'équipe ;
  • Rédiger des rapports d'intervention et assurer le suivi administratif des activités ;
  • Participer à la rédaction de cahiers des charges techniques en matière d'électricité ;
  • Contribuer à l'optimisation et à la digitalisation des méthodes de travail ;
  • Participer aux interventions urgentes ou imprévues lorsque le service le nécessite.

Vous :

  • Êtes titulaire d'un CESS orientation Électricité ou d'un diplôme équivalent ;
  • Disposez d'une expérience professionnelle d'au moins 5 ans en tant qu'électricien ;
  • Possédez une excellente connaissance du RGIE et des enjeux liés à la conformité des installations ;
  • Disposez d'une solide expertise technique vous permettant d'encadrer et de conseiller une équipe ;
  • Avez de bonnes capacités d'organisation et de coordination et savez gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément ;
  • Maîtrisez les outils informatiques courants ainsi que les outils de gestion et de suivi des interventions ;
  • Êtes à l'aise avec la gestion des stocks et des commandes ;
  • Savez lire et interpréter des plans électriques ;
  • Possédez de bonnes capacités rédactionnelles ;
  • Êtes capable de vulgariser des notions techniques auprès d'interlocuteurs non spécialisés ;
  • Êtes titulaire du permis B ;
  • Disposez de la certification BA4.

  • Expérience d'un an minimum dans l'encadrement d'équipe ;
  • Certification BA5 ;
  • Permis nacelle ou formation travail en hauteur ;
