Nous recherchons pour notre magasin de Stockel, un.e Responsable de magasin.

En tant que responsable de magasin en boulangerie, vous serez responsable de superviser l'équipe du magasin et de garantir le bon fonctionnement des opérations quotidiennes. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec la direction pour assurer la qualité des produits et le service clientèle. Vous devrez également veiller à ce que les normes d'hygiène et de sécurité soient respectées en tout temps.

Responsabilités :

  • Superviser les membres de l'équipe du magasin, les former et les encadrer.
  • Planifier les horaires de travail et s'assurer que l'équipe est adéquatement staffée.
  • Contrôler les stocks et passer les commandes d'approvisionnement en ingrédients et en fournitures.
  • Veiller à l'application des normes d'hygiène, de sécurité et de salubrité alimentaire.
  • Maintenir un environnement de travail propre et organisé.
  • Collaborer avec la direction pour améliorer les procédures et optimiser l'efficacité de la boulangerie.
  • Assurer un excellent service clientèle et résoudre les problèmes éventuels.
  • Effectuer des tâches administratives telles que la gestion des plannings, la gestion des inventaires et la préparation des rapports.
  • Participer aux réunions mensuelles avec la direction et les autres responsables de magasin.

Exigences :

  • Maitrise parfaite du français et bonne maitrise de l'anglais (oral).
  • Expérience préalable en gestion d'équipe dans le secteur alimentaire, de préférence en boulangerie.
  • Capacité à diriger une équipe et à gérer efficacement les priorités.
  • Solides compétences en gestion du temps et en résolution de problèmes.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à prendre des décisions éclairées.
  • Souci du détail et engagement envers la qualité.
  • Flexibilité quant aux horaires de travail, y compris les week-ends et les jours fériés.
  • Salaire au barème CP 201
  • Pouvoir travailler sous un horaire flexible entre 05h00 et 19h00
