Vous serez responsable de la bonne gestion d’une ligne de production ou d’un département. Votre mission principale sera d’assurer le bon déroulement des opérations au quotidien, dans le respect des objectifs, des normes de sécurité et de qualité.

Vos missions :

  • Encadrer, motiver et former les collaborateurs de votre équipe.
  • Suivre la planification et ajuster les priorités en fonction de la production.
  • Identifier les manques ou problèmes techniques et y apporter des solutions rapides.
  • Veiller au respect strict des consignes d’hygiène, de sécurité et de qualité.
  • Participer activement à l’amélioration continue et au bon fonctionnement de la ligne.
  • Le poste débute à 5h du matin jusqu'à ce travail soit terminé !

Profil recherché(e) :

  • Vous avez une première expérience réussie dans la gestion d’équipe, idéalement en milieu industriel ou agroalimentaire.
  • Vous êtes organisé(e), réactif(ve) et savez garder votre sang-froid en situation de stress.
  • Vous aimez le travail de terrain et n’hésitez pas à mettre la main à la pâte.
  • Vous êtes flexible et appréciez le travail en équipe.
  • Une affinité avec le secteur alimentaire est un plus.
