Vous souhaitez piloter les activités de production d’un site industriel dynamique et contribuer directement à sa performance ?

Une entreprise active dans la gestion, le traitement et la valorisation des matières recherche un(e) Responsable de Production pour renforcer ses équipes.

Vous occuperez une fonction à la fois stratégique et opérationnelle, au cœur des activités du site, avec une vision globale des flux, des équipes et des performances industrielles.

Votre mission

En tant que Responsable de Production, vous êtes garant(e) du bon déroulement des opérations et de l’atteinte des objectifs du site.

Vos principales responsabilités seront de :

  • Superviser l’ensemble du processus de production en veillant au respect des objectifs de qualité, quantité, délais et sécurité.
  • Anticiper les éventuels blocages et assurer une vision globale des flux de production.
  • Encadrer, accompagner et mobiliser les équipes avec un management de proximité.
  • Organiser et suivre les actions d’amélioration continue.
  • Réagir rapidement aux incidents et mettre en place des plans d’action structurés.
  • Contrôler les processus et assurer le suivi des interventions de maintenance.
  • Veiller à la disponibilité des matières premières et assurer le suivi des stocks.
  • Participer à l’amélioration constante de l’environnement de travail : ordre, propreté et sécurité.
  • Suivre les indicateurs de performance et identifier les leviers d’amélioration.
  • Assurer une communication fluide avec la hiérarchie ainsi qu’avec les différents interlocuteurs internes et externes.

Votre profil

Nous recherchons avant tout une personnalité de terrain, capable de prendre des décisions tout en conservant une vision globale des enjeux industriels.

  • Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme d’ingénieur en production, électromécanique ou domaine technique similaire, ou disposez d’une expérience équivalente.
  • Vous avez une véritable fibre managériale et appréciez le management de proximité.
  • Vous êtes réactif(ve), organisé(e) et méthodique.
  • Vous savez garder votre sang-froid face aux imprévus et aux situations urgentes.
  • Vous disposez d’excellentes capacités d’analyse, d’organisation et de planification.
  • Vous possédez de solides connaissances techniques dans un environnement industriel.
  • Vous maîtrisez le Pack Office, notamment :Excel : formules, tableaux de bord et suivi des données ; Outlook : gestion des plannings et communication ; PowerPoint : création de présentations ; Word : procédures et documentation.
  • Vous êtes force de proposition et disposez d’un excellent relationnel.
  • Vous êtes autonome, impliqué(e) et orienté(e) résultats.
