Nous recrutons un.e Responsable de projet/ deviseur/ métreur pour rejoindre les bureaux de Herstal. VOTRE RÔLE – RESPONSABILITÉS Vous gérez vos dossiers de A à Z au sein du bureau d'études, depuis l'analyse des plans jusqu'à la mise en production, en interaction directe avec les clients et la production.

Vous conseillez, chiffrez et formalisez les offres, puis suivez les éléments en fabrication.

Le dessin intervient ponctuellement, environ 10% du temps.

Le poste se déroule au bureau, avec très peu de déplacements chantier.

Vous intervenez sur des projets ciblés liés aux consoles de maçonnerie, pas sur des macro-chantiers. VOS TÂCHES – POINTS CLÉS

  • Analyser la demande client à partir de plans de construction et vérifier la faisabilité technique.
  • Conseiller le client et élaborer l'offre, puis la transmettre et en assurer le suivi.
  • Encoder les données techniques et préparer la mise en production des éléments.
  • Identifier sur plans l'emplacement des consoles de maçonnerie (formation interne prévue).
  • Coordonner avec la production pour garantir le bon déroulé des fabrications.
  • Réaliser des dessins de remise d'offre et de production, environ 10% du temps.
  • Collaborer avec une équipe soudée et remonter au Directeur du bureau d'études.
  • Néerlandais B2 minimum obligatoire. Vous échangez au téléphone sur des sujets techniques.
  • Vous lisez des plans de construction sans hésiter. Diplôme, formation ou expérience probante en construction requis. Maçonnerie = atout.
  • Maîtrise d'Excel. Connaissance d'un logiciel de dessin (idéalement SolidWorks) ou volonté de se former.
  • Esprit analytique, sens de l'organisation, vision 3D, précision, réactivité, polyvalence et sens client.
