Tu seras le ou la référent·e de la salle et de la caisse, garant·e d'une expérience client fluide, chaleureuse et irréprochable. En lien direct avec l'équipe, tu jongleras entre accueil, vente, service en salle, organisation du service et coordination avec enthousiasme et naturel.

Tes responsabilités au quotidien

  • Accueillir les clients avec le sourire et les accompagner dans leurs choix (café de spécialité, brunch, pâtisseries, lunch, traiteur...)
  • Gérer le service en salle et la caisse avec rigueur
  • Coordonner et animer l'équipe de salle pour assurer un service fluide et agréable
  • Veiller à la bonne tenue et à l'ambiance de l'espace (salle + showroom) + Participer à la gestion des stocks et au suivi des commandes en salle
  • Participer à la plonge selon les besoins du service
  • Assurer les ouvertures et fermetures du lieu en toute autonomie, avec le sens des responsabilités qui va avec
  • Être force de proposition pour améliorer l'expérience client et l'organisation
  • Assurer la communication avec la cuisine pour une coordination sans accroc
  • Une expérience solide récente en tant que responsable en Horeca (service, caisse, gestion d'équipe)
  • Un vrai sens de la vente et du conseil client ¿ tu connais la différence entre servir et faire vivre une expérience
  • Un leadership naturel : tu sais motiver tes collègues et gérer les imprévus avec calme
  • Un bilingue FR/EN : Notre clientèle est internationale
  • Quelqu'un de souriant, avenant, positif : Le genre de personne qui donne envie de revenir
  • Un profil disponible et flexible
