En tant que responsable de salle, vous veillez au bon déroulement du service, à la qualité de l'accueil des clients ainsi qu'à l'organisation quotidienne de la salle.

Vos principales responsabilités sont les suivantes: Gestion de l'équipe - Encadrer, former et motiver le personnel de salle : serveurs, commis, hôtes et personnel du bar. - Veiller au respect des standards de service ainsi que des règles d'hygiène et de sécurité. - Assurer une bonne communication entre la salle, la cuisine, la boutique et les ateliers.

Gestion des commandes et des stocks - Passer les commandes auprès des fournisseurs, pour les produits alimentaires et non alimentaires. - Suivre les stocks et anticiper les besoins. - Réceptionner et contrôler les livraisons.

Service et relation client - Superviser l'accueil et la prise en charge des clients. - Garantir un service fluide et convivial en salle. - Gérer les éventuelles réclamations et situations particulières.

Organisation et qualité du service - Assurer la mise en place ainsi que le suivi de l'ouverture et de la fermeture du service. - Veiller à la propreté, à l'image de l'établissement et au respect des procédures.

- Vous disposez d'une expérience confirmée en restauration ou en salon de thé, idéalement dans une fonction de management. - Vous avez le sens du service client et faites preuve de diplomatie et de réactivité. - Vous êtes capable de gérer une équipe et d'établir les priorités. - Vous avez une bonne connaissance de la gestion des commandes fournisseurs et des stocks. - Vous avez une bonne maîtrise du français et de l'anglais. - Vous êtes passionné/e, impliqué/e et souhaitez contribuer au développement d'un nouveau projet.
