FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING Nous recherchons un responsable de zone enthousiaste pour une entreprise de transformation de viande dans la région de Westrozebeke!

Quelles sont les tâches d'un responsable de zone/superviseur ?

  • Vous dirigez une équipe d'une vingtaine de collègues, vous les motivez et vous veillez à ce que chacun sache ce qu'il doit faire.
  • Vous organisez et coordonnez les activités sur le lieu de travail afin que la production continue de tourner sans encombre.
  • Vous mettez également la main à la pâte lorsque cela s'avère nécessaire : chez Westvlees, nous sommes tous des gens d'action.
  • Vous participez à l'élaboration du planning du personnel et en assurez le suivi.
  • Quelque chose ne se passe pas comme prévu ? Vous résolvez les problèmes ou les signalez en temps utile à votre supérieur.
  • Vous êtes le premier interlocuteur de votre équipe et le lien avec la direction.
  • Vous veillez à la qualité, à la sécurité et à l'hygiène dans votre zone.

Qui recherchons-nous ?

  • Vous êtes un gestionnaire de personnel né : vous savez comment motiver, diriger et faire évoluer une équipe.
  • Vous communiquez clairement, tant sur le lieu de travail qu'avec vos supérieurs.
  • Vous restez calme sous pression et aimez travailler vers des objectifs clairs.
  • Vous avez une mentalité pratique : pour vous, diriger signifie aussi participer.
  • Vous parlez couramment le néerlandais et vous vous débrouillez également en français et en anglais.
  • Vous maîtrisez bien MS Office.
  • Vous avez déjà une certaine expérience en matière de gestion, ou vous êtes impatient de faire vos premiers pas dans ce domaine.
  • La flexibilité est une évidence pour vous.
