Dans une organisation professionnelle engagée dans l’accompagnement du secteur agricole, vous occupez en tant que responsable des fonctions de support un rôle central dans la coordination, la structuration et l’amélioration continue des services internes. La fonction combine gestion administrative et financière, support RH, coordination des services généraux et optimisation des processus, ce qui confère au responsable des fonctions de support un impact direct sur le fonctionnement global de la structure.

  • Superviser la comptabilité générale en collaboration avec l’équipe comptable et les partenaires externes.
  • Élaborer et suivre les budgets, prévisions et reportings financiers.
  • Assurer le suivi financier des projets et activités.
  • Participer au contrôle de gestion et au suivi des indicateurs pour la Direction.
  • Veiller au respect des obligations fiscales, sociales et administratives.
  • Coordonner les dossiers administratifs tels que subventions, partenariats, projets et mandats.
  • Contribuer à l’optimisation des coûts et au suivi des contrats fournisseurs.
  • Coordonner et faire évoluer la politique RH en collaboration avec la personne en charge du support RH et de la paie.
  • Soutenir les équipes dans les questions organisationnelles du quotidien.
  • Contribuer à la mise en place et à l’amélioration des processus internes.
  • Accompagner les équipes dans les évolutions organisationnelles.
  • Veiller à maintenir un climat de travail collaboratif et respectueux.
  • Assurer le bon fonctionnement des services généraux, de l’informatique et des infrastructures.
  • Superviser la maintenance du site et les relations avec les occupants du bâtiment.
  • Diplôme de niveau bachelier ou master en gestion, finance, ressources humaines ou équivalent.
  • Expérience confirmée dans une fonction similaire au sein d’une PME, ASBL ou structure à taille humaine.
  • Maîtrise des matières financières, administratives et organisationnelles.
  • Capacité à coordonner plusieurs sujets simultanément et à gérer les priorités avec pragmatisme.
  • Aisance dans les environnements polyvalents.
  • Sens de la structure, autonomie et pragmatisme.
  • Maturité professionnelle, discrétion et intelligence relationnelle.
  • Aisance dans le management d’équipe et l’accompagnement du changement.
  • Excellentes capacités d’analyse, d’organisation et de communication.
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques classiques et des ERP.
