Votre rôle

Au sein de l’entreprise, le magasin joue un rôle essentiel dans le bon déroulement des activités et des chantiers.

En tant que Responsable du magasin, vous assurez la gestion quotidienne du matériel, depuis sa réception jusqu’à sa mise à disposition des équipes. Vous veillez à ce que le matériel nécessaire soit disponible au bon moment, dans les bonnes quantités et dans de bonnes conditions.

Vous supervisez également la personne en charge de la cour, en assurant le suivi de ses activités et en veillant à la bonne organisation et à la réalisation des tâches quotidiennes.

Une connaissance du domaine électrique ou technique constitue un réel atout afin de comprendre les besoins des équipes, d’identifier efficacement le matériel et d’anticiper les besoins liés aux différents chantiers.

Vos missions

  • Assurer la gestion quotidienne du magasin : réception, contrôle, rangement et distribution du matériel.
  • Gérer les stocks et anticiper les besoins afin de garantir la disponibilité du matériel.
  • Préparer le matériel nécessaire aux chantiers en collaboration avec les responsables de chantier et les chefs d’équipe.
  • Assurer le suivi des entrées et sorties de matériel et d’outillage.
  • Gérer la distribution et le suivi des équipements de protection individuelle (EPI).
  • Veiller à l’ordre, à la propreté et à la bonne organisation du magasin et de l’atelier.
  • Participer aux inventaires et assurer le suivi des éventuels écarts.
  • Identifier les besoins en matériel et les communiquer au service achats afin de maintenir un niveau de stock adapté.
  • Assurer le suivi du retour du matériel provenant des chantiers.
  • Être l’interlocuteur privilégié des équipes de terrain pour les demandes liées au matériel.
  • Collaborer quotidiennement avec la personne en charge de la cour et l’accompagner dans l’organisation et la réalisation de ses tâches.
  • Répartir et coordonner les tâches liées au magasin et à la cour lorsque cela est nécessaire.
  • Identifier et proposer des améliorations permettant d’optimiser l’organisation et la gestion du magasin.
  • Assurer le contrôle annuel de l’outillage.

Le profil recherché

Nous recherchons avant tout une personne organisée, autonome, rigoureuse et fiable, qui apprécie le travail concret ainsi que le contact quotidien avec les équipes de terrain.

Une formation ou une expérience dans le domaine électrique, technique ou industriel constitue un réel avantage. Elle vous permettra de comprendre plus rapidement les besoins des chantiers et de vous familiariser avec les différents types de matériel.

Vous disposez idéalement de :

  • Minimum 5 ans d’expérience dans une fonction similaire, de préférence dans un environnement technique, industriel ou lié aux chantiers.
  • Bonnes connaissances en électricité ou expérience dans un environnement technique.
  • Bonne capacité à identifier, comprendre et gérer du matériel technique.
  • Excellentes capacités d’organisation et sens des priorités.
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques, notamment Excel.
  • Expérience dans l’utilisation d’un chariot élévateur (Clark).
  • Certification VCA-VVA1 de base ou volonté de l’obtenir.
