The posting

En tant que Responsable Financier Interne, vous assurez le suivi comptable et financier d’un institut professionnel du secteur de l’accountancy et du conseil fiscal. Vous contribuez à la fiabilité des comptes, aux clôtures périodiques et à la préparation des rapports financiers internes.

Vous collaborez étroitement avec le trésorier, la direction et les services internes. Grâce à vos analyses et recommandations, vous soutenez le suivi budgétaire, améliorez les procédures et veillez au respect des obligations légales et déontologiques.

Vos responsabilités :

  • Assurer le suivi de la comptabilité quotidienne et des dossiers financiers.
  • Participer aux clôtures périodiques.
  • Contrôler les comptes.
  • Préparer le bilan et le compte de résultats.
  • Établir les rapports financiers internes.
  • Analyser les écarts par rapport au budget et les signaler en temps utile.
  • Participer à l’élaboration du budget annuel.
  • Suivre le budget approuvé et préparer les rapports correspondants.
  • Collaborer avec le trésorier, la direction et les services internes.
  • Fournir des analyses et des conseils financiers clairs.
  • Proposer des améliorations aux procédures.
  • Veiller au respect des dispositions légales, des procédures internes et des normes déontologiques.
  • Participer aux contrôles internes et externes.
  • Le statut d’accountant et l’appartenance à l’ITAA sont requis.
  • Au moins cinq ans d’expérience pertinente en comptabilité et en déclarations fiscales constituent votre base.
  • Les logiciels comptables vous sont familiers, idéalement Exact Online, Yuki et Odoo.
  • Un intérêt marqué pour la digitalisation, la facturation électronique et les processus numériques est attendu.
  • Le français et/ou le néerlandais sont parfaitement maîtrisés, à l’écrit comme à l’oral.
  • Flexibilité, résistance au stress et ouverture d’esprit caractérisent votre approche.
  • Précision, fiabilité et discrétion guident votre travail.
  • L’autonomie et l’efficacité vous permettent de respecter les délais.
  • Une attitude proactive et orientée solutions facilite votre contribution aux projets.
  • La collaboration avec les différentes cellules et services vous vient naturellement.
