The posting

Pour l'un de nos clients, société familiale en pleine expansion, nous recherchons un(e) Responsable Magasin, très présent(e) sur le terrain, capable de porter notre vision opérationnelle.

  • Organisation générale du magasin, approvisionnement et gestion des stocks
  • Optimisation des espaces de vente et des rayons
  • Contrôle du rangement, de l'affichage des prix et de la disponibilité des produits
  • Conseil client sur les produits et matériaux de construction, et formation de l'équipe sur ces mêmes produits
  • Gestion des réclamations et des situations difficiles avec calme et autorité naturelle
  • Management d'une équipe de 12 personnes : plannings, suivi des performances, formation continue, cohésion d'équipe
  • Remontée rapide des difficultés à votre responsable

Pour réussir dans ce rôle, vous devez réunir plusieurs compétences essentielles :

  • Expérience solide en gestion : Vous disposez d'une expérience confirmée dans la gestion de magasin ou d'équipe
  • Expérience confirmée en gestion de magasin ou d'équipe, idéalement en construction, bricolage ou matériaux techniques
  • Bonne connaissance des matériaux de construction/rénovation
  • Leadership naturel : capacité à donner des instructions claires, faire respecter les procédures sans créer de conflits inutiles, et fédérer une équipe de terrain
  • Sens de l'organisation et des priorités, suivi des tâches jusqu'à leur achèvement
  • Excellent relationnel client et bonne gestion des conflits
  • Le français est obligatoire ; roumain, polonais, portugais ou ukrainien sont un atout
  • L'expérience pratique et la capacité à diriger une équipe de terrain priment sur un CV impressionnant
