Responsabilités principales

  • Gestion des stocks — Suivi des niveaux de stock, réapprovisionnement, inventaires et analyse des écarts.
  • Organisation du magasin — Structurer les zones de stockage, optimiser les flux internes et garantir l’ordre dans le dépôt.
  • Coordination de l’équipe — Encadrer les caristes et opérateurs, répartir les tâches et assurer un bon fonctionnement quotidien.
  • Réception et expédition — Superviser l’entrée et la sortie des marchandises, contrôler les documents et la conformité des produits.
  • Suivi administratif — Encoder les mouvements, préparer les rapports et assurer la communication avec la production et les services internes.
  • Sécurité et qualité — Veiller au respect des procédures de sécurité et des standards qualité.
  • Expérience confirmée en gestion de magasin ou logistique.
  • Compétences en organisation, planification et coordination.
  • Leadership naturel et capacité à motiver une équipe.
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques et systèmes de gestion de stock.
  • Disponibilité en horaire de journée (8:00-16:00).
  • Sens des responsabilités, rigueur et communication claire.
