Nous recrutons un Responsable Marketing et Communication Poste basé à Barcelone, à pourvoir immédiatement

Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons un collaborateur dynamique et stratégique afin de prendre en charge le développement et la structuration de son département marketing et communication.

Nous recherchons un profil capable d'apporter une réelle vision, de l'autonomie et une forte capacité d'exécution dans un environnement ambitieux et en pleine évolution.

Missions principales :

* Développer et piloter la stratégie marketing de la société * Mettre en place des campagnes de communication performantes * Renforcer la visibilité et l'image de marque de l'entreprise * Développer la présence digitale et les supports commerciaux * Participer à la stratégie de croissance et d'acquisition clients * Coordonner les actions marketing avec la direction et les équipes commerciales * Être force de proposition sur les outils, méthodes et opportunités de développement

Profil recherché :

* Minimum 3 années d'expérience en marketing, communication ou développement commercial * Profil autonome, structuré et orienté résultats * Excellente capacité rédactionnelle et organisationnelle * Esprit stratégique avec une forte implication opérationnelle * Maîtrise des outils digitaux et réseaux sociaux * Une expérience dans un environnement entrepreneurial ou international serait appréciée
