Il ne manque plus qu'un·e Responsable Matériel pour apporter la structure et la vision qui feront passer l'atelier au niveau supérieur : et si c'était vous ?

Depuis plus de 50 ans, le Groupe SI-HBEL s’est imposé comme une référence wallonne dans l’entretien et l’aménagement des réseaux routiers, autoroutiers et ferroviaires. Aujourd’hui, nos 250 collaborateurs mettent chaque jour leur expertise au service de projets variés dans le génie civil, l’aménagement d’espaces verts et la signalisation routière.

Pour accompagner la croissance de nos activités, nous sommes à la recherche d’un·e Responsable Matériel pour notre département logistique basé à Milmort (lié à notre entité Sotraliège).

Jobomschrijving

En tant que Responsable Matériel, vous prenez en main la gestion opérationnelle du parc matériel et contribuez à faire évoluer son organisation. Votre rôle sera de structurer les pratiques, d’anticiper les besoins et d’optimiser l’utilisation du matériel pour gagner en efficacité au quotidien.

Vos responsabilités :

  • Garantir la disponibilité du matériel en temps, qualité et quantité suffisante, en coordination avec les conducteurs de travaux
  • Planifier les interventions de maintenance (internes et externes), en assurer le suivi rigoureux et en communiquer l’état d’avancement
  • Structurer, organiser et fiabiliser le fonctionnement de l’atelier
  • Planifier, superviser, contrôler et valider les prestations du personnel de l’atelier
  • Mettre en place et faire appliquer des processus clairs via des checklists complètes pour chaque (type d’) intervention
  • Vérifier l’exhaustivité des travaux de maintenance avant remise en service du matériel
  • Organiser les contrôles périodiques et piloter les actions correctives
  • Valoriser et optimiser les coûts d’entretien par nature de travaux
  • Veiller à la tenue technique et réglementaire de la documentation
  • Assurer la gestion des stocks et le réapprovisionnement des pièces de rechange
  • Sur base des données acquises, participer à la définition des investissements de remplacement et d’accroissement

Équipe

Votre équipe est constituée d’une dizaine de mécaniciens et d’un chef d’atelier. L’expertise technique et la bonne ambiance sont bien présentes, l'équipe a aujourd'hui besoin d'un leader qui apportera de la vision et de la structure.

Vous rapportez au Directeur Logistique.

Votre formation et vos compétences techniques :

  • Bachelier en électromécanique ou mécanique (ou équivalent par expérience)
  • Min. 5 ans d’expérience en gestion de parc machine (idéalement de génie civil) / matériel et/ou coordination d’atelier
  • Expérience avérée en optimisation opérationnelle
  • Excellentes connaissances Excel (niveau ) et GMAO

Votre personnalité et vos compétences comportementales :

  • Capacité à être dans l’action, tout en structurant les processus
  • Forte culture du résultat, avec maîtrise des KPIs
  • Leadership affirmé, avec une excellente capacité à communiquer et fédérer
  • Orientation amélioration continue et performance
  • Réactivité et adaptabilité dans des environnements exigeants
