The posting

Vos missions :

  • Optimiser et organiser l’ensemble des solutions techniques (faisabilité, capacité, fiabilité et rentabilité) et des méthodes de production selon les impératifs de productivité et de qualité. Développer de nouveaux procédés en milieu industriel.
  • Contribuer à l’élaboration et la mise en œuvre des mesures visant à améliorer la responsabilité sociétale de l’entreprise.
  • Veiller à l’entretien de l’infrastructure.
  • Gérer le parc informatique et téléphonique

Vos responsabilités :

  • Coordonner les projets d’industrialisation
  • Faire évoluer les projets
  • Contrôler l’application des process et analyser les données d’activité de l’entreprise (KPI …) et technique
  • Se tenir informé de l’évolution technologiques et des évolutions du marché
  • Définir, concevoir et optimiser les plans et méthodes de maintenance des équipements
  • Au niveau informatique : acheter le matériel, l’installer ainsi que les différentes applications et être le lien avec notre sous-traitant
  • Créer et gérer les adresses e-mails via notre hébergeur externe
  • Piloter les actions engagées par l’entreprise pour l’environnement et mesurer les effets (à l’aide de la matrice de matérialité, l’analyse de cycle de vie, le bilan carbone, les analyses de risques, …)
  • Coordonner l’ensemble des actions à entreprendre pour se conformer aux normes imposées en termes de développement durable (réduction des déchets, réduction de la consommation d’énergie, …
  • Organiser l’entretien : Etablir et optimiser les plans de maintenance préventive (vérifications régulières) et curative (réparations lors des pannes
  • Gérer les urgences : coordonner les interventions techniques rapides en cas de panne pour reprendre la production le plus rapidement possible
  • Planifier les travaux : définir le budget, les étapes et le planning des nouveaux projets d’installation ou d’amélioration
  • Diriger les équipes : Coordonner le travail des techniciens et des sous-traitants sur le terrain
  • Encadrement : Gérer former et motiver une équipe de techniciens (planification, évaluation)
  • Gérer le Budget annuel du département et en assurer le reporting
  • Négocier les contrats avec les fournisseurs et en assurer le suivi

Vos activités spécifiques

  • Sélectionner les fournisseurs/prestataires, négocier les conditions de contrat et contrôler la réalisation de l’intervention
  • Superviser les installations (démontage, montage de lignes de production, …)
  • Superviser la mise en conformité et rénovation du bâtiment
  • Participation à l’élaboration de la stratégie RSE et en assurer le suivi (KPI)
  • Communiquer en interne et externe dans le cadre de ses projets à l’écrit comme à l’oral
  • Préparer et élaborer les rapports d’activités et de résultat
  • S’assurer du respect des contrôles légaux en lien avec notre permis d’environnement et la législation
  • Superviser l’obtention ou le renouvellement des certifications techniques
