Vous êtes passionné.e par la garantie des plus hauts standards de qualité et de conformité ? En tant que Responsable Qualité Site Logistique Contrat, vous prendrez en charge le Système de Management de la Qualité (QMS) sur un ou plusieurs sites logistiques. Vous instillerez une culture qualité, veillerez à ce que tous les processus répondent aux normes internes, externes et réglementaires, et favoriserez l’amélioration continue pour maximiser la satisfaction client.

Au quotidien, vous animerez et coacherez une équipe qualité dédiée, coordonnerez et réaliserez des audits internes et externes, et serez le point de contact principal pour tous les KPI, rapports et questions de conformité liés à la qualité. Vous collaborerez étroitement avec la direction du site et l’équipe nationale qualité, élaborerez des directives locales de sécurité et entretiendrez des relations solides avec les clients, organismes gouvernementaux et certificateurs. Votre esprit analytique et orienté client vous permettra d’identifier et de mettre en œuvre des améliorations, de suivre les actions CAPA et de traiter efficacement les réclamations.

  • Diplôme de niveau Bachelor ou expérience équivalente
  • Minimum 3 ans d’expérience à un poste de direction qualité, idéalement en logistique, pharmacie/santé ou environnement dynamique
  • Solide connaissance des Systèmes de Management Qualité et de la norme ISO 9001 ; pour les sites santé : GDP, GMP, ISO 13485 ; pour les sites agroalimentaires : réglementation européenne en sécurité alimentaire
  • Maîtrise des outils MS Office (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Très bonne maîtrise de l’anglais (oral et écrit) ; la maîtrise du français ou du néerlandais est un plus
  • Intérêt marqué pour la réglementation, les systèmes qualité et l’optimisation des processus
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en négociation
  • Esprit d’équipe et leadership basé sur le coaching
  • Précision, autonomie et orientation résultats
  • Résistance au stress, esprit analytique et sens du client
  • Force de proposition et orientation amélioration continue
