Heb jij een oog voor hospitality en wil jij met jouw inzet het verblijf van onze gasten echt bijzonder maken? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Wij zoeken een allround F&B topper om ons team te versterken. Onze voorkeur gaat uit naar een nieuwe collega die fulltime (5 dagen) beschikbaar is. Wij werken in een wisselend rooster.WAT GA JE DOEN?In het restaurant ben jij aanspreekpunt voor onze gasten en heet hen welkom in ons restaurant. Jij vindt het leuk om het onze gasten naar de zin te maken en goede service te bieden waardoor hun verblijf nog aangenamer wordt. Samen met jouw collega's zorg je er voor dat onze ontbijt- en lunchbuffetten goed georganiseerd verlopen. Je zorgt dat er voldoende glaswerk en servies is en ruimt dit ook af van de tafels. Het diner serveer je uit aan de tafels. Afwisselend met je collega's draai je ook bardiensten in ons restaurant.Naast het restaurant ben je ook aanwezig in onze banquet zalen. Hier zorg je dat de zalen er netjes uit zien en onze gasten zich welkom voelen.Ook loop jij regelmatig door het hotel heen om onze koffie automaten bij te vullen. Je zorgt dat alles er netjes en representatief uit ziet. Bij de koffieautomaten hebben wij vers fruit, koekjes, noten en chocola staan voor onze gasten. Dit vul jij ook bij wanneer het op is.

Functie-eisen: WAT VRAGEN WIJ VAN JOU?Dit is niet jouw eerste functie in een restaurant. Je hebt in het verleden al wat ervaring op gedaan en weet wat je kunt verwachten.Belangrijk is dat je enthousiast en representatief bent. Je hebt er zin in. En je hebt oog voor detail. Heb je een goed idee? Laat het je leidinggevende dan weten! Wij staan open voor jouw initiatief. We verwachten van je dat je goede mondelinge en schriftelijke kennis hebt van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal en bij voorkeur heb je een afgeronde horeca opleiding (BBL/BOL niveau 3 of 4).Samen met je collega's draai je wisseldiensten in het restaurant.
