Aufgaben:

* Sie werden hauptsächlich für den Erfolg Ihres Restaurants verantwortlich sein - vom Restaurantverkauf über die Wirtschaftlichkeit bis hin zur Bereitstellung eines erstklassigen Gästeservice und betrieblicher Exzellenz.

Zentrale Aufgaben umfassen:

* Personalbeschaffung/-einarbeitung und Schulung/Entwicklung von Mitarbeitern in Übereinstimmung mit den Schulungsanforderungen der Marke Subway® - Sie werden mit gutem Beispiel vorangehen!

* Erstellung und Verwaltung des Personaleinsatzplans.

* Annahme von Lieferungen, Abgleich von Bestellungen und tägliches Bankgeschäft.

* Vorbereitung der erforderlichen Unterlagen bezüglich Bestand und Verkauf Vorbereitung von Mitarbeiter_innenvergütung und Arbeitszeiterfassung.

* Verwaltung des Kassenbestands und Minimierung von Abfällen.

* 100-%ige Einhaltung der Richtlinien von Subway® sowie externer Behörden.

* Bestandsmanagement und -kontrolle einschließlich wöchentlicher Bestandsaufnahme und -berichte.

* Analyse des wöchentlichen Vertriebs- und Bestandsberichts zur Verbesserung des Geschäfts.

* Anleitung und Durchführung organisatorischer Aktivitäten wie Aufrechterhaltung von Sauberkeit und Ordnung im Restaurant.

* Umsetzung von Marketing- und POP-Materialien entsprechend laufender Kampagnen.

* Gewährleistung der Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorschriften, um Verletzungen vorzubeugen.

* Bereitstellung einer sicheren Arbeitsumgebung für Mitarbeiter und Gäste.

* Förderung eines hohen Niveaus an Gästeservice unter Mitarbeitern.

* Bearbeitung ungelöster und/oder weitergeleiteter Beschwerden durch Gäste.

* Gewährleistung eines Service von höchster Qualität beim Umgang mit Produkten, beim Verkauf, bei Anfragen und bei der Gästebetreuung

DEINE VORAUSSETZUNGEN:

* Erfahrung im Gastronomiebereich bevorzugt in der Systemgastronomie

* Betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse

* Wirtschaftliches Denken und Ergebnisorientierung

* Hohes Maß an Kund_innenorientierung

* Englischkenntnisse

* Erfahrung in leitender Position
