OVER THE BARN The Barn is geen standaard restaurant. Zodra onze gasten door de deur stappen, laten ze de buitenwereld even achter zich en komen ze terecht in onze eigen wereld, waar het Wilde Westen tot leven komt. Goed eten, gastvrijheid, sfeer en entertainment komen hier samen. In onze keuken draait het om vuur, goed vlees en big flavors, terwijl op de vloer alles draait om beleving. Van de ontvangst tot het laatste drankje: ieder detail draagt bij aan de avond. Bij The Barn reserveer je namelijk niet alleen een tafel. Je reserveert een avond in onze wereld. JOUW ROL ALS RESTAURANT MANAGER Als Restaurant Manager ben jij de drijvende kracht achter de dagelijkse operatie van The Barn. Jij zorgt ervoor dat het team als één geheel werkt, de sfeer goed is en onze gasten de beleving krijgen waarvoor ze naar The Barn komen. Je staat midden in de zaak, houdt overzicht wanneer het restaurant volloopt en weet precies wanneer je moet aansturen, bijspringen of bijsturen. Je motiveert het team, bewaakt de kwaliteit en service en zorgt ervoor dat de bijzondere wereld die we hebben neergezet iedere dag opnieuw tot leven komt. Je bent daarbij niet iemand die alleen vertelt wat er moet gebeuren. Je geeft het goede voorbeeld, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en krijgt mensen mee.
