Samen zorgen we voor een gastvrije beleving waar kwaliteit en persoonlijke aandacht centraal staan. De functie Als Restaurant Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van het restaurant en de banqueting. Je geeft leiding aan het F&B-team, werkt nauw samen met de chef-kok en zorgt ervoor dat gasten kunnen rekenen op uitstekende service en kwaliteit. Je bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer, stuurt het team aan, bewaart het overzicht en speelt snel in op wat de operatie vraagt. Je rapporteert aan de General Manager en geeft leiding aan circa 15 tot 25 medewerkers. Je werkzaamheden - Aansturen, coachen en motiveren van het F&B-team. - Coördineren van de dagelijkse restaurant- en banquetingactiviteiten. - Opstellen van personeelsplanningen en inspelen op drukte. - Bewaken van gasttevredenheid, kwaliteit en service. - Toezien op HACCP-, Arbo- en veiligheidsrichtlijnen. - Samenwerken met de keuken, receptie en het hotelmanagement. - Meedenken over het assortiment en verbeteringen binnen de afdeling. Wie ben jij? Je bent een gastvrije en betrokken leidinggevende die graag op de werkvloer aanwezig is. Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid, kunt goed plannen en organiseren en blijft rustig tijdens drukke momenten. Je bent besluitvaardig, denkt in oplossingen en weet medewerkers te motiveren en verder te ontwikkelen. Daarnaast heb je oog voor kwaliteit, service en een optimale gastbeleving.
