Voor een toonaangevende hospitalitygroep zijn we op zoek naar een Restaurant Manager die energie krijgt van een bruisende werkvloer, een jong team en een zaak waar gastvrijheid centraal staat.

Je komt terecht in een modern horecaconcept waar kwaliteit, sfeer en een sterke servicebeleving hand in hand gaan. Samen met jouw team zorg je ervoor dat elke gast met een glimlach naar buiten stapt.

Als Restaurant Manager ben jij de drijvende kracht op de vloer. Jij bent degene die het overzicht bewaart, medewerkers motiveert en gasten een warme ontvangst bezorgt.

Je bent dan ook liever tussen je mensen en gasten dan achter een bureau. Administratie hoort erbij, maar jouw focus ligt vooral op operationeel leiderschap en het creëren van een sterke teamdynamiek.

  • aansturen, coachen en motiveren van het team
  • actief aanwezig zijn op de werkvloer en het goede voorbeeld geven
  • waken over de kwaliteit van de service en de dagelijkse werking
  • opvolging van de personeelsplanning, stock en kassa's
  • toezien op de correcte naleving van de HACCP- en hygiënenormen
  • samenwerken met het management om de zaak verder te laten groeien

Jij bent iemand die energie haalt uit mensen, dynamiek en hospitality. Je weet hoe je een team enthousiasmeert en blijft ook tijdens drukke momenten rustig en positief.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Enkele jaren leidinggevende ervaring binnen de restaurant- of hospitalitysector
  • Een natuurlijke coachende leiderschapsstijl
  • Een hands-on mentaliteit
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een positieve mindset
  • Een passie voor gastvrijheid, kwaliteit en beleving
  • Flexibiliteit om te werken in een levendige horecazaak
  • Een goede kennis van Nederlands. Frans en Engels zijn mooi meegenomen.
