De rol van Restaurant Manager Als Restaurant Manager geef je, samen met de huidige Restaurant Manager, leiding aan het team en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse operatie. Je werkt actief mee op de vloer, bent zichtbaar voor gasten en collega's en zorgt dat service, processen en teamontwikkeling op elkaar aansluiten. Je combineert hands-on leiderschap met overzicht: je bewaakt kwaliteit en creëert een veilige, professionele werkomgeving waarin collega's kunnen groeien. Dit zijn vaak collega's en trainees die hun eerste stappen op de Nederlandse arbeidsmarkt maken. Wat ga je doen?
