Wat ga je doen? - Je denkt actief mee over verbetermogelijkheden binnen de service & processen; - Je zoekt naar verkoopmogelijkheden en omzetkansen; - Je vindt het een uitdaging om een avond zo soepel mogelijk te laten verlopen; - Dit doe je o.a. door een goede wijkindeling en briefing aan jouw team te geven dat dagelijks bestaat uit 8 tot 15 medewerkers; - Je coördineert de werkzaamheden van je collega's op de vloer en springt bij waar nodig; - Je bent met je team verantwoordelijk voor het zetten en controleren van de banqueting zalen; - Je controleert de reserveringen, maakt de tafelindeling en communiceert met de keuken over speciale wensen; - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het kassasysteem.
