Met ons hotel hebben we ons horeca aanbod compleet gemaakt en bieden we een unieke ervaring voor zowel onze gasten als medewerkers. Leidinggevende Bediening gezocht bij Auberge de Rousch in Heerlen: een dynamische rol waarin je gastvrijheid combineert met leidinggeven en zorg draagt voor vlekkeloze evenementen. Ben jij onze nieuwe Restaurant Manager? Ben jij een ervaren horecaprofessional die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt, een team kan motiveren en energie krijgt van een goed georganiseerde service? Vind je het leuk om niet alleen mee te werken op de vloer, maar ook mee te denken over de dagelijkse organisatie, kwaliteit en gastbeleving? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Wie zoeken wij? Wij zoeken een enthousiaste en ervaren horecaprofessional die toe is aan een volgende stap of al ervaring heeft als leidinggevende binnen de horeca. Je: • Hebt meerdere jaren ervaring in de horeca, bij voorkeur binnen restaurant- en evenementenbediening. • Hebt ervaring als eerste medewerker bediening, supervisor, restaurantmanager of vergelijkbare functie. • Bent gastvrij, representatief en professioneel. • Kunt goed communiceren en weet collega's op een positieve manier te motiveren. • Bent organisatorisch sterk en kunt goed prioriteiten stellen. • Bent zelfstandig en durft verantwoordelijkheid te nemen. • Bent stressbestendig en kunt snel schakelen tijdens drukke momenten. • Vindt het leuk om zelf mee te werken op de vloer. • Hebt oog voor detail en kwalitei...
