Een bekend Amsterdams concept breidt uit naar Den Haag en voor deze toffe opdrachtgever zijn wij op zoek naar een betrouwbare Horeca Manager. Op dit moment wordt er hard gewerkt aan het openen van de locatie, zodat jij straks direct kunt beginnen. In de rol van bedrijfsleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor een vlekkeloze horeca-ervaring voor de klanten. Wat ga je precies doen?

- Leidinggeven aan horecamedewerkers in keuken en bar; - Coördineren van de bezetting; - Garanderen van een top beleving voor klanten; - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de voorraden en inkopen; - Handhaven van hygiëne- en veiligheidsnormen.

Waar ga je werken?

Je komt te werken voor een horeca/event bedrijf met een uniek concept. Dit concept loopt ontzettend goed in Amsterdam en daarom breiden zij uit naar Den Haag! In een verzamelpand voor bedrijven, wordt het concept momenteel tot in detail uitgewerkt; van lunch en borrel mogelijkheden, tot aan een coworking space die regelmatig omgebouwd wordt tot event locatie. Ook voor studenten wordt het een plek waar ze kunnen studeren of na de lessen gezellig een borrel kunnen drinken.

Wat vragen wij?

- Ervaring in de horeca, bij voorkeur in een vergelijkbare rol; - Je hebt een aantal jaren ervaring als manager; - Je communiceert duidelijk en straalt overwicht uit; - Een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel; - Flexibel, ook in avonden en in het weekend.

Wat bieden wij?

- Salaris € 3.500,- - € 4.500,-; - Flexibele werktijden; - De kans om onderdeel uit te maken van een gaaf horeca/event concept; - Kansen voor persoonlijke groei omdat het concept nog uitgebreid gaat worden; - 25 vakantiedagen en 8,33% vakantiegeld.
