The role of Restaurant Manager As Restaurant Manager, you will lead the team alongside the current Restaurant Manager and be responsible for day-to-day operations. You will actively work on the floor, be visible to guests and colleagues, and ensure that service, processes, and team development are aligned. You combine hands-on leadership with a broad perspective: you ensure quality and create a safe, professional work environment where colleagues can grow. These are often colleagues and trainees who are taking their first steps in the Dutch job market. What will you do?
