Daarnaast komt men flexwerken, even de krant lezen, gezellig koffie drinken en genieten van een FIGI-taartje uit eigen patisserie. Kortom Grand Café FIGI is geopend van 's morgens vroeg tot 's avonds laat. Iedereen is welkom voor koffie, lunch, borrel en diner. WERKZAAMHEDEN Als Restaurant Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de operationele leiding van het restaurant. Je werkt samen met je collega-Restaurant Manager en stuurt het team aan. Je bent samen met je collega verantwoordelijk voor het halen van de dagomzet. Je rapporteert aan de F&B-manager (interim). - Aansturen en begeleiden van de restaurantmedewerkers tijdens jouw dienst. - Zelf meewerken in de bediening. - Verdelen van de werkzaamheden en overzicht houden tijdens drukke momenten. - Zelfstandig 3 à 4 avonden kunnen afsluiten van het Grand Café. - Zorgen voor een goede overdracht tussen de verschillende diensten. - Aannemen en afhandelen van reserveringen en bijzonderheden van gasten. - Bewaken van gastvrijheid, kwaliteit, netheid en werktempo. - Verantwoordelijk voor het servies en restaurantmateriaal: voorraad bewaken en tekorten of vervanging signaleren. - Ondersteunen bij grotere partijen, congressen en theateravonden. - Ondersteunen van de Floormanager bij praktische en organisatorische werkzaamheden. - Een fijne werksfeer, gezellige collega's en vrolijke gasten. - Een salaris (conform Horeca CAO), afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring. - 25 vakantiedagen op basis van een fulltime dienstverband (38 uur). - 8% vakantiegeld. - Volop mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen en door te groeien. - Een open, informele...
