Zielgruppe:

Beim AMS Wien gemeldete Personen ab 18 Jahren, die über keine oder keine verwertbare Ausbildung verfügen.

* Freundliches und gepflegtes Auftreten

* Teamgeist und Zuverlässigkeit

* Lernbereitschaft und EigeninitiativeGute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse sind von Vortei

Aufgabenbereich:

* Professionelle Betreuung und Beratung unserer Gäste

* Servieren von Speisen und Getränken

* Vorbereitung und Gestaltung des Gastraums

* Aufnahme von Bestellungen und Durchführung von Abrechnungen

* Kennenlernen von Speisen, Getränken und Weinen

* Unterstützung bei Veranstaltungen und Buffets

* Einhaltung von Hygiene-, Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards

* Organisation und Koordination der Abläufe im Restaurant

* Erwerb von Fachkenntnissen im Service und in der Gastronomie

Im Rahmen des AQUA-Programms absolvieren Sie eine Lehre am 2. Bildungsweg, bestehend aus einem betrieblichen Praktikum sowie begleitender theoretischer Qualifizierung. Die Dauer ist auf die Hälfte der regulären Lehrzeit festgelegt. Sie erhalten während der Ausbildung weiterhin Arbeitslosengeld, Notstandshilfe oder Beihilfe zur Deckung des Lebensunterhaltes (täglich min. € 33,86). Die Ausbildungskosten werden vom Unternehmen übernommen.

Ziel:

Mögliche Übernahme in ein reguläres Dienstverhältnis nach Ausbildungsende.

Nach erfolgreichem Abschluss der Ausbildung liegt das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt im anschließenden Dienstverhältnis bei € 2.965,- brutto (Basis Vollzeit). Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und Leistung möglich.
