Wir suchen eine_n 1 Restaurantleiter_in

für eine Vollzeitbeschäftigung, 5-Tage-Woche, der/die unser Service-Team im AVITA Resort mit Know-how und Charisma führt und fördert.

* Organisation des Serviceablaufes (Restaurants und Bars)

* Teamführung

* Schulung von Mitarbeiter_innen

* Umsetzung und Entwicklung unserer Servicestandards

* Kompetente Beratung und Betreuung unserer Gäste

* Erledigung der Getränkebestellungen

* Kontrolle der Ordnung und Sauberkeit in allen Restaurant- und Barbereichen

* Erledigung der Getränkeinventur

* Dienstplangestaltung

* Tischplanerstellung

* Arbeiten lt. internen HACCP Standards

* Freude an der Arbeit und in der Rolle des Gastgebers

* Vorbildwirkung für Mitarbeiter_innen

* Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in entsprechender Führungsposition in einem Hotel

* Herzlichkeit und Liebe an Kommunikation

* Fachwissen in Speisen- und Getränkekunde

* Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein

* Sehr gute Umgangsformen und gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild

* Souveränität, auch in stressigen Situationen

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse

Ihr monatliches Bruttoentgelt beträgt EUR 2.900,00, Vollzeit, 5-Tage-Woche.
