¿ Tätigkeiten

* Verantwortung für das Serviceteam (ca. 18 Mitarbeiter_innen im Winter, 12 im Sommer)

* Erstellung von Dienstplänen und Arbeitseinteilungen

* Organisation und Steuerung des gesamten Serviceablaufs

* Betreuung und Beratung der Gäste

* Erstellung von Tischplänen

* Einschulung und Ausbildung von Auszubildenden im Servicebereich

¿ Anforderungen

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Gastronomiebereich

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position

* Hohe Identifikation mit dem Aufgabenbereich

* Kreativität und Engagement

* Ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein

* Freude an Teamführung und Organisation

* Der Stelle entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse

* Getränke servieren (BIS-Kompetenz)
