Arbeitszeit: 5 Tage Woche/45 Stunden, Jahresstelle

Ihre Aufgaben

* Verantwortlich für alle organisatorischen Abläufe im gesamten Servicebereich

* Sicherstellung eines hervorragenden Gästeservices und Gästezufriedenheit im Hotelrestaurant, Bar und exklusivem Restaurantbereich (ausgezeichnet mit 2 Hauben von Gault Millau)

* Führung und Schulung des Restaurantteams

* Kontrolle des Serviceablaufes, des Mise en place und der Aufdeckarbeiten

* Überwachung und Kontrolle der Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards.

* Planung und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen und speziellen Events

* Zusammenarbeit mit der Küche und anderen Abteilungen zur Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen Betriebs

* Kontrolle der Sauberkeit sämtlicher Backoffice-Bereiche

* Beschwerdemanagement

* Vorleben & Einhaltung der Unternehmensphilosophie

* Gestaltung der Dienstpläne

* Erstellung der Speise- & Getränkekarten

Ihr Profil

* Fundierte Ausbildung

* fundierte Berufserfahrung in Hotels in vergleichbarer Größe als Restaurantleiter/in oder als stellvertretender Restaurantleiter/in

* Exzellente Weinkenntnisse

* Organisationsstärke

* Sprachkenntnisse: Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- & Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil

* Selbstständiges Arbeiten

* Gäste- & serviceorientiertes Denken
