Unser familiengeführtes Hotel verfügt über 133 liebevoll eingerichtete Zimmer und Suiten, einen 3.000 m² großen Wellnessbereich, ein modernes Fitnesscenter sowie großzügige Seminar- und Veranstaltungsräume. Kulinarisch verwöhnen wir unsere Gäste in unserem à la carte Restaurant, ausgezeichnet mit zwei Falstaff-Gabeln.

- Professionelle und erfolgreiche Führung des Restaurantteams sowie aktive Mitarbeit im Service

- Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Serviceablaufs

- Enge und professionelle Zusammenarbeit mit allen Abteilungen

- Kompetente und professionelle Beratung unserer Gäste

- Aufnahme und unverzügliche Behandlung von Gästewünschen und Reklamationen

- Dienstplanerstellung und Sicherstellung eines effektiven Mitarbeitereinsatzes

- Kontrolle, Buchung und Abschluss der Gästeabrechnungen

- Kalkulation und Preisgestaltung, Inventur

- Regelmäßige Durchführung von Fachtrainings

- Einhaltung unserer Qualitäts- und Unternehmensstandards
