Zuerst würdest du ein ONBOARDING in einer anderen österreichischen L'Osteria durchlaufen, um zu verstehen, was eigentlich unsere LA FAMIGLIA ausmacht, bevor du dann die Leitung unseres Lokals in Salzburg übernimmst.

Das wird Dir bei uns schmecken:

GENERAL MANAGEMENT des operativen Ablaufs in der L'OSTERIA (Service, Küche, Bar)

* Führung, Einsatzplanung und Motivation des gesamten Teams

* Recruiting neuer Mitglieder_innen der LA FAMIGLIA und Durchführen des Onboardings

* Sicherstellung eines exzellenten Gästeservices und aktives Beschwerdemanagement

* Umsatz-, Kosten- und Budgetverantwortung inkl. Controlling und Reporting (P&L)

* Warenwirtschaft, Einkauf sowie Lager- und Inventurmanagement

* Umsetzung und Kontrolle von Qualitäts-, Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards (HACCP)

* Arbeitszeiten Montag bis Sonntag in einer 5 Tage Wochen innerhalb der Öffnungszeiten ( 11:00 bis 23:00Uhr)

Für die Position als Restaurantleiter_in bieten wir ein geregeltes Einkommen auf Vollzeitbasis von Minimum € 2.800,- brutto während der Trainingsphase und nach der Trainingsphase von Minimum € 3.300,- brutto - 14x jährlich. Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung besteht je nach Qualifikation und Engagement.

Zuzügliche leistungsorientierte Prämien von bis zu € 12.000,- brutto im Jahr sind greifbar.
