Genau hierfür suchen wir bereits jetzt tatkräftige Unterstützung! Du hast Lust, die Herausforderung mit uns zu bewältigen? Dann bewirb dich jetzt als Restaurantleitung (m/w/d) für unseren neuen Standort.

Du würdest zuerst eine Trainingsphase in einer anderen österreichischen L'Osteria absolvieren, um ab dem ersten Tag die künftige L'Osteria im M4 zu leiten.

Das wird Dir bei uns schmecken

* Gesamtverantwortung für den operativen Ablauf im Restaurant (Service, Küche, Bar)

* Ansprechpartner während des gesamten Opening-Prozesses

* Führung, Einsatzplanung und Motivation des gesamten Teams

* Recruiting neuer Restaurantmitarbeiter und Durchführen des Onboardings

* Sicherstellung eines exzellenten Gästeservices und aktives Beschwerdemanagement

* Umsatz-, Kosten- und Budgetverantwortung inkl. Controlling und Reporting (P&L)

* Warenwirtschaft, Einkauf sowie Lager- und Inventurmanagement

* Umsetzung und Kontrolle von Qualitäts-, Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards (HACCP)

Damit bringst du uns auf den Geschmack

* Freude daran, ein internationales Team zu führen und den Teamspirit zu stärken

* Fähigkeit, andere zu begeistern und Verantwortung zu übernehmen

* Du bist Gastgeber con molta passione

* Du bist ein Organisationstalent und Zahlen sind voll dein Ding

* Freude daran, mit Menschen zu arbeiten und "Hands-on" Mentalität

* Du bist zielstrebig und möchtest etwas erreichen

* Mit einer erfolgreich abgeschlossenen Ausbildung in der Gastronomie / Hotellerie oder einschlägige Berufserfahrung in leitender Funktion in relevanten Bereichen

Wir bieten ein geregeltes Einkommen auf Vollzeitbasis von Minimum € 2.800,- brutto während der Trainingsphase und nach der Trainingsphase von Minimum € 3.300,- brutto. Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung besteht je nach Qualifikation und Engagement.

Zuzügliche leistungsorientierte Prämien und Sonderzahlungen von insgesamt € 3.000,- Brutto im Quartal (€ 12.000,- Brutto im Jahr) sind greifbar.
