Für die operative Leitung unseres Restaurants suchen wir eine erfahrene Gastgeberpersönlichkeit mit Führungskompetenz, fundiertem Weinwissen und Sommelier-Ausbildung. 1 Restaurantleiter:in Schlossberg mit Sommelier-Ausbildung Vollzeit

Deine Aufgaben am Schlossberg

* Du übernimmst die operative Leitung des Restaurants und führst das Serviceteam im täglichen Betrieb.

* Du organisierst Abläufe, teilst dein Team ein und sorgst für eine reibungslose Zusammenarbeit zwischen Service und Küche.

* Dabei bist du selbst Gastgeber. Du begrüßt Gäste, bist im Restaurant präsent, berätst und greifst ein, wenn es notwendig ist.

* Du gibst deinem Team Orientierung und sorgst dafür, dass Standards nicht nur definiert, sondern im täglichen Service gelebt werden.

* Als Sommelier bringst du dein Weinwissen aktiv ein, berätst unsere Gäste und entwickelst die Weinkompetenz im Team weiter.

Was du mitbringst

* mehrjährige Erfahrung in der gehobenen Gastronomie

* Führungserfahrung als Restaurantleiter:in, stellvertretende Restaurantleitung, Serviceleitung oder in einer vergleichbaren Position

* abgeschlossene Sommelier-Ausbildung

* sehr gute Umgangsformen und ein sicheres Auftreten

* Organisationstalent und einen klaren Blick für Abläufe

* wirtschaftliches Verständnis für einen Restaurantbetrieb

* ausgeprägte Gastgeberqualitäten und Freude am direkten Gästekontakt
