Wir lieben es Gastgeber_innen zu sein und unsere core Motivation ist es, unseren Besucher_innen die bestmöglichen Erlebnisse auf der Forsthofalm zu ermöglichen. Wie? Zur Verstärkung suchen wir: 2 Restaurantleiter_in & Stellvertretender Restaurantleiter_in für Restaurant Kukka

Arbeitsbeginn: ab sofort (Jahresstelle).

Unsere Anforderungen an Dich:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Gastronomie oder Hotellerie (z. B. Restaurantfach, Hotelfach) oder vergleichbare Erfahrung

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im gehobenen Servicebereich, idealerweise in einer Führungsposition im Restaurant /Hotel.

* Führungsstärke, Einsatzbereitschaft und Vorbildfunktion im Team

* Freundliches und professionelles Auftreten gegenüber Gästen und Kolleg*innen

* Organisationsstärke und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamorientierung

* Belastbarkeit und Überblick auch in arbeitsintensiven Situationen

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein und unternehmerisches Denken

Aufgaben:

* Operative Leitung des Restaurant- und Barbereichs sowie Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Serviceablaufs

* Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung des Serviceteams sowie Förderung eines positiven Teamklimas

* Planung und Organisation der Serviceabläufe gemäß Servicedrehbuch und Qualitätsstandards

* Erstellung der Dienstpläne und Organisation des Personaleinsatzes im Service- und Barbereich

* Sicherstellung hoher Gästezufriedenheit durch professionelle Gästebetreuung und Beschwerdemanagement

* Förderung von Zusatzverkauf und Unterstützung der Umsatzentwicklung im Restaurantbereich

* Bestellung der Waren für Restaurant/ Bar sowie Kontrolle von Bestellungen, Lieferscheinen und Retouren

* Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der Wein-, Bar- und Getränkekarten sowie Verwaltung im Kassensystem

* Tägliche Durchführung von Powerbriefings sowie Organisation von Schulungen und Wissensweitergabe

* Kontrolle von Servicequalität, Sauberkeit und Einhaltung der Qualitätsstandards

* Organisation und Verwaltung der Tischreservierungen

* Zusammenarbeit mit Küche, Rezeption und anderen Abteilungen

* Übernahme einer Station oder der Bar bei Bedarf, insbesondere bei Abwesenheit der Chef de Rang
