Wo Erholung und Genuss hohe Wellen schlagen

Mit der Fertigstellung der Modernisierungsmaßnahmen steht unseren Gästen im ehemaligen Seebad Breitenbrunn am Neusiedler See ein öffentlich frei zugänglicher Erholungsraum zur Verfügung.

Das Marina-Gebäude mit Top-Gastronomie und Veranstaltungsbereich agiert als Dreh- und Angelpunkt des ganzjährigen Ausflugsziels. Dieses ist großzügig geplant und beherbergt ein Restaurant mit Terrasse im Innen- und Außenbereich, eine Bar, einen Veranstaltungsbereich für über 100 Personen. Das Restaurant Libelle verwöhnt unsere Gäste mit asiatisch inspirierter Kulinarik und burgenländischen Klassikern. Seit Ende März 2026 stehen unseren Gästen architektonisch atemberaubende Guesthouses zur Verfügung.

Wir stellen ein: 2 Restaurantleiter/innen Das erwartet dich

* Verantwortung für das Restaurant und Bankett als Repräsentant und Gastgeber

* Aktive Gästebetreuung und Sicherstellung der Gästezufriedenheit

* Sichere Handhabung im Beschwerdemanagement

* Sicherstellung eines einheitlichen Auftritts des Serviceteam sowie einheitlicher Servicequalität

* Motivierende Führung, Ausbildung der Mitarbeiter sowie effiziente Arbeits- und Urlaubsplanung

* Führung von regelmäßigen Restaurantmeetings und pre-shift briefings

* Umsatz- und Kostenkontrolle insbesondere Überwachung des Wareneinsatzes sowie eine wirtschaftliche Führung der Einheit

* Einhaltung und Sicherung von Richtlinien im Bereich HACCP

* Durchführung der monatlichen Getränkeinventur sowie regelmäßige Inventur des Equipments

* Kassenverantwortung und administrative Zuständigkeit für die Kassensysteme und die Tagesumsätze

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen

* Mitarbeit im Team

Das bringst du mit

* Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene, fachspezifische Ausbildung

* Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position

* Fundierte Führungserfahrung und hohe Sozialkompetenz

* Strukturierte und organisierte Arbeitsweise; Talent ein Team motivierend zu führen und zu entwickeln

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil

* Hands-on-Mentalität sowie lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit
