Deine Aufgaben

º Du sorgst für einen reibungslosen, erstklassigen Serviceablauf in allen Restaurant- und Servicebereichen und führst ein Team von rund 20 Mitarbeiter:innen.

º Du bist zentrale Ansprechperson für Gäste und Mitarbeiter:innen - professionell, lösungsorientiert und mit natürlicher Gastgeberkompetenz.

º Ein sicheres, repräsentatives Auftreten sowie höchste Service- und Qualitätsorientierung zeichnen dich aus.

º Du führst dein Team nach den Werten und Leitlinien des Hotel & SPA Jagdhof und gestaltest ein motivierendes, wertschätzendes Arbeitsumfeld.

º Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit, Weiterentwicklung und Förderung von Talenten sind dir ein echtes Anliegen.

º Du übernimmst Menübesprechungen, tägliche Briefings, sowie die effiziente Planung und Organisation des gesamten Restaurantteams.

º Die Unterweisung und Schulung aller Servicemitarbeiter:innen in fachlichen und serviceorientierten Bereichen gehört zu deinem Verantwortungsbereich.

º Du berätst unsere Gäste kompetent, charmant und verkaufsorientiert - stets mit Blick auf ein unvergessliches kulinarisches Erlebnis.

º Du stellst sicher, dass der gesamte Servicebereich stets dem Niveau eines 5-Sterne-Hauses entspricht und unterstützt aktiv im operativen Tagesgeschäft.

º Die Personalbedarfsplanung erfolgt in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der gastronomischen Leitung.

Das bringst du mit

º Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der gehobenen Hotellerie sowie eine abgeschlossene fachspezifische Ausbildung bilden die Basis deiner Professionalität.

º Eine hohe Teamfähigkeit, ausgeprägte Selbstständigkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft und ein souveräner Umgang mit anspruchsvollen Situationen zeichnen dich aus.

º Du bist belastbar, stressresistent und flexibel - auch in Spitzenzeiten behältst du den Überblick und bleibst lösungsorientiert.

º Deine positive, gewinnende und herzliche Ausstrahlung macht dich zu einem natürlichen Gastgeber und geschätzten Ansprechpartner für Gäste und MitarbeiterInnen.

º Ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild sowie Liebe zum Detail und hohe Sauberkeit am Arbeitsplatz sind für dich selbstverständlich.

º der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse bringst du mit; weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil.

º Du verfügst über Erfahrung in der Personalplanung und führst dein Team mit Klarheit, Verlässlichkeit und einem motivierenden Führungsstil.

º Als Restaurantleiter bist du Ansprechpartner für sämtliche Anliegen von Gästen und MitarbeiterInnen und trittst stets professionell und serviceorientiert auf.
