* an der fachlichen und operativen Führung des Service- und Schankteams * an der Erstellung von Dienst- und Urlaubsplänen sowie der Sicherstellung einer optimalen Personaleinsatzplanung * an der aktiven Mitarbeit im täglichen Service mit eigener Station * an der Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs während der gesamten Öffnungszeiten (Montag bis Sonntag, 08:00-22:00 Uhr) * an der Sicherstellung eines hohen Qualitäts- und Servicestandards * an der Einschulung, der Motivation und der Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeiter:innen * an der engen Zusammenarbeit und an der Kommunikation mit dem Betriebsleiter, dem Küchenchef, dem Eventmanager und dem Operations Manager * an der Mitarbeit bei der Planung und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen * als Verantwortliche:r für Ordnung, Sauberkeit und der Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards * an dem Reklamationsmanagement sowie der kompetenten Betreuung unserer Gäste * an der Unterstützung bei der monatlichen Inventur

* Ihre abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Gastronomie oder Hotellerie * Ihre mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Service (idealerweise bereits in einer Führungsposition) * Ihre ausgeprägte Führungs- und Organisationskompetenz * Ihre Hands-on-Mentalität (Sie packen im operativen Geschäft selbst mit an) * Ihre hohe Serviceorientierung und Gastgeberqualitäten * Ihre selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise * Ihre Belastbarkeit sowie Ihre Flexibilität bei wechselnden Anforderungen * Ihre sehr guten Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse * Ihr sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Kassensystemen (APRO - und MS Office)
