  • Je organiseert en coördineert de dagelijkse werking van beide locaties.
  • Je bouwt een goede samenwerking op met ziekenhuisdirecties, managers en andere partners.

  • Je volgt kwaliteit, voedselveiligheid, hygiëne en veiligheid op.
  • Je analyseert omzet, marges, personeelskosten en resultaten en zet die om in concrete acties.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

  • Minstens 5 jaar leidinggevende ervaring in horeca, catering of een servicegerichte omgeving.
  • Ervaring met het aansturen van meerdere teams of locaties is een sterke troef.
  • Ervaring in een B2B-omgeving is mooi meegenomen.
  • Een opleiding in hospitality, hotelmanagement, horeca, retailmanagement of bedrijfsmanagement is een plus.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands.
  • Je kunt goed werken met MS Office.
  • Je voelt je comfortabel bij het analyseren van cijfers en rapporten.
  • Je hebt ervaring met coaching, rekrutering en teamontwikkeling.
  • Je bent klantgericht, organisatorisch sterk en resultaatgericht.
